About

I’m Hasan Goni, a machine learning engineer working on computer vision for industrial and manufacturing applications — defect detection, segmentation, and anomaly detection on real production data.

This blog is where I write up the concepts, tools, and techniques I use day to day, usually as multi-part series rather than one-off posts: computer vision foundations, anomaly detection, vision-language models, and the command-line/HPC workflows that make the rest of it practical.

I’m sharing this partly to keep my own notes straight, and partly because writing things down clearly is the best test of whether I actually understand them.
